1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1   By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl17 platform at jl17.asia (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform at the relevant time.

1.2   These Terms apply to all services offered by jl17, including but not limited to: online slot games, live dealer casino games, bingo rooms, sports betting, virtual games, and all account-related services including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus redemptions.

1.3   jl17 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

1.4   These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1   To register and use jl17 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use;
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person;
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from the Platform or any related service;
• You are not a jl17 employee, director, officer, or an immediate family member of any such person.

2.2   jl17 is required by law to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification on all player accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine-issued government IDs such as UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or valid passport.

2.3   Where jl17 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, jl17 will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and if underage play is confirmed, void all wagers and return net deposits minus any bonuses received.

3 Account Registration

3.1   Each eligible Player may hold only one (1) jl17 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2   You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to update such information promptly whenever it changes. jl17 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3   jl17 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

3.4   You must register using your own name, date of birth, and contact information. Registering under another person's identity is prohibited and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

3.5   Your jl17 account and all funds held within it are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4 Account Security

4.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl17 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2   jl17 will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jl17 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.3   You agree to notify jl17 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your jl17 account. jl17 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use where you have failed to notify us promptly.

4.4   jl17 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. While 2FA is currently optional, jl17 reserves the right to make it mandatory for certain account actions, including withdrawals above specified thresholds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jl17 wallet must be made through payment methods supported by jl17, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl17 does not accept third-party deposits — you must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. jl17 targets processing all verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification completion and our standard fraud and AML checks.

5.3 KYC Verification Requirement

jl17 is required by law to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is approved. Delays caused by incomplete KYC documentation are not the responsibility of jl17.

5.4 Fees

jl17 does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits and withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers or banks are beyond jl17's control and are the Player's responsibility. Currency conversion fees apply where deposits are made in currencies other than PHP.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1   jl17 offers bonuses and promotions ("Offers") at its discretion. All Offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual Offer.

6.2   Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific Offer terms, a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies.

6.3   jl17 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical errors, or regulatory requirements.

6.4   Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim Offers, using automated betting strategies, placing contradictory bets to secure guaranteed profit ("hedge betting" in violation of bonus terms), or coordinating with other Players to abuse Offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.

6.5   Each Offer is available to one household, one device, one shared IP address, and one payment method account. Where jl17 identifies patterns suggesting shared or coordinated Offer abuse, it reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1   All slot games and RNG-based titles available on the jl17 Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology. RNG certifications are maintained by the respective game providers, including JILI Gaming and other licensed developers in jl17's game library.

7.2   Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in physical studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes (card dealing, roulette ball spin) observable by Players through live video stream.

7.3   In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including disconnection, server interruption, or software error — jl17's records of game transactions shall be the authoritative reference for resolving disputes. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, jl17 will void the round and refund the wager amount to the Player's wallet.

7.4   jl17 is not responsible for losses incurred due to Player-side technical failures, including but not limited to: internet disconnection, mobile battery failure, or device malfunction.

7.5   Displayed Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary and may differ significantly from the published RTP percentage.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl17 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account per person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to jl17;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements, or any activity that violates the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments;
• Attempting to manipulate live dealer game outcomes through collusion with dealers or other parties;
• Systematically abusing bonus structures through coordinated multi-account betting;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl17 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1   jl17 provides all registered Players with free access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit to your jl17 wallet. Limits take effect immediately and reductions are processed within 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of individual gaming sessions on jl17.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on net losses over a defined period. Once reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your jl17 account for a period of 24 hours to 90 days, during which no deposits or gameplay are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your jl17 account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated exclusion period. jl17 will not accept reactivation requests during an active exclusion period.

9.3   jl17 staff members are trained to identify potential problem gambling behaviors and may proactively reach out to Players displaying signs of problematic play. jl17 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where staff have reasonable concern about the Player's gaming behavior, without requiring the Player's consent.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1   All content on the jl17 Platform — including but not limited to: software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface design, and data — is the property of jl17 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl17 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jl17 content.

10.3   The jl17 name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary marks of jl17. Use of jl17 trademarks without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl17 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunities.

11.2   jl17's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11.3   jl17 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond jl17's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability for which jl17 accepts no liability.

11.4   Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jl17's gross negligence.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1   jl17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of the Platform;
• Provision of false registration information;
• Money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes initiated by the Player;
• Underage gambling.

12.2   Upon account closure, jl17 will return any unencumbered real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable AML review and KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play are not returned on account closure due to prohibited conduct.

12.3   You may close your jl17 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures are subject to all pending wagering requirement completion requirements and standard withdrawal processing times.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1   These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2   Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13.3   In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game outcome, a Player may submit a formal dispute to jl17 Support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. jl17 will investigate and respond in writing within ten (10) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1   jl17 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jl17 will provide notice to registered Players via email, in-platform notification, or by prominent display of the updated Terms on the Platform.

14.2   Unless jl17 specifies a different effective date, amended Terms shall take effect twenty-four (24) hours after notification. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

14.3   It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version date is always displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar.
