- Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, per Philippine AMLA requirements.

jl17 will respond to all data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, the response period may be extended by a further sixty (60) days, with notification to you of the extension and its reasons.
11 Children's and Minors' Privacy
11.1 If jl17 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, all such data will be promptly deleted, the associated account will be suspended, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source after deducting any bonuses received. If jl17 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 years of age, jl17 will treat this as a serious data breach and notify relevant authorities as required.
11.2 If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 years of age has registered a jl17 account or accessed the Platform using your credentials, please contact our support team immediately so that we may investigate and take appropriate action.
12 International Data Transfers
12.1 jl17 primarily stores and processes personal data on servers located in the Philippines and within the Asia-Pacific region. Where data is processed or stored outside the Philippines — for example, by game providers or technology partners with regional infrastructure — jl17 ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
12.2 Such safeguards may include contractual data processing agreements requiring the receiving party to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law, and verification that the receiving jurisdiction provides an adequate level of data protection.
12.3 jl17 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that lack adequate data protection frameworks without implementing the safeguards described above.
13 Updates to This Privacy Policy
13.1 jl17 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new legal requirements, regulatory guidance from the National Privacy Commission, or updates to the Platform's features.
13.2 Where changes are material, jl17 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address, via in-platform notification upon login, or by prominent display of the updated Policy on jl17.asia. Non-material updates may be made without specific notification.
13.3 The effective date and version number of the current Policy are always displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar. It is your responsibility to review the Policy periodically.
13.4 Continued use of the jl17 Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
